GO TARHEELS! Not only do I call North Carolina home, I also call the university my alma mater! A southern girl through and through - I was there when the foundation was laid for the hallowed "Dean Dome!"

My degree from the UNC  School of Journalism formed the foundation for a rewarding 15 year career in marketing and public relations... All of which laid the perfect pathway to a successful career in real estate. Due in large part to my marketing and communications expertise, I am a consistent top producer for Coldwell Banker Triad. In 2007, I sold 8 million in real estate and was awarded our company's prestigious status as "Diamond Society" member. I also hired a fantastic Realtor, Renea Burgess, to become my business partner in Ashley Lay & Associates. Our team is consistently awarded the "Outstanding Performance Award" most months at Coldwell Banker Triad.

Finding a career you love is a blessing I never knew, until I found my reward in watching real estate dreams become reality for others!

I also find serving my church and community a rewarding way of spending my free time. My family and I have served in many capacities as volunteers in the Davidson County Schools and the Arcadia Booster Club, Pinedale Christian Church, as well as the North Davidson High School Athletic Association. GO KNIGHTS! As a part of our Coldwell Banker Triad volunteer involvement in the Triad, I have taken part in numerous community initiatives.

I'm blessed to have been married to my high school sweetheart, Kevin, for 19 wonderful years and the Lord has given us terrific kids, two sons, ages 16 and 12, and a daughter, age 14, who bring us immeasurable joy!
