Brian Woods

Brian Joined the Ashley Lay Team in 2024 and has been licensed in Real Estate California since 1999 and now in North Carolina since 2020. Brian brings knowledge and experience in the industry, and he's a self-motivated and highly organized professional. He has been in the building industry since 1984 and went into selling new homes in 2000. He is highly regarded among peers and works collaboratively for team success. Brian has a passion for his family and friends and he carries that same passion to work for his clients. Brian is very community minded and loves giving back. He's been a fund raiser or has sat on the board for United Cerebral Palsy, Families R Forever Foundation, and San Diego Foundation Secret Santa for many years.
