Kevin joined the Ashley Lay Real Estate team in 2018 as a Buyer Specialist.  Prior to real estate, Kevin served in multiple capacities in the textile industry over 30 years. He possesses a rare trait, the multi-faceted ability to imagine and design the right product for the right customer, work with engineering to perfect the design, and facilitate the sale with the client. His unique understanding led to long-standing business relationships with multi-million dollar customers, resulting in clients that also became life-long friends.  In his last role in the industry as Sales & Operations Planning Manager, he excelled at discussing and appreciating the needs of manufacturing, sales, quality and finance. As someone who enjoys football, snorkeling, travel, and hiking both state and national parks, he not only looks forward to serving clients; he also enjoys lively conversations and building relationships. Raised in Elkin, NC, Kevin has made his home in Winston-Salem for over 20 years. Kevin has been married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley, for 30+ years and loves spending time with their 3 adult children and their spouses/significant others. Kevin graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in textile and apparel management and minors in economic and business management.
