Andrew joined the Ashley Lay Real Estate team in 2018 as a Buyer Specialist. He currently serves as Director of Training & Sales and as a Listing Specialist.

Before joining the team, Andrew received a degree in Social Studies Education from Appalachian State University and spent four years teaching middle school in Davie County. As a Winston-Salem native, he is well-versed in the local and surrounding counties. Andrew loves helping sellers position themselves to succeed in every market and structure the best deal to meet their real estate goals. His energy and easy-going style make him the ideal choice for helping with all your real estate needs.

Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He's become an avid runner in recent years and loves everyhthing about the outdoors. Andrew and his wife Brittany are also active members and volunteers at Pinedale Christian Church.
