Deana Collis

Deana joined the Ashley Lay Real Estate team part-time in May 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a long career in the Davidson County school system. By the summer of 2021, she transitioned into a full-time Inside Sales Associate. You can, even now, still find Deana actively involved with Oak Grove High School when her schedule allows.

Deana is happily married to her husband, Jeff for over 30 years. The couple made North Carolina their home in 1995, relocating from their original home state of West Virginia. Together, they have three children, whom they are very proud of: Ethan, Ashlyn, and Nolan. Rounding out the family are their "precious furbabies," two beloved companions named Maggie and Mabel, who undoubtedly bring extra joy to their household.

The beach holds a special place in Deana’s heart—it is, in fact, her "happy place." However, she also appreciates those beautiful North Carolina mountains… like the beach, all within driving distance.

Deana is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is dedicated to assisting clients with all their buying and selling needs. Her ultimate goal is to build long-lasting relationships with every client, always with a genuine smile.
