Ethan Young joined Ashley Lay Real Estate in 2025, drawn to the team’s vast knowledge and reputation for excellence within the Triad area. Originally from Southern California, Ethan spent eight years on active duty in the U.S. Coast Guard, an experience that instilled in him a deep-seated commitment to helping others with integrity and care. Now serving as a Buyer Specialist, Ethan is dedicated to ensuring every client receives an experience that reflects the Ashley Lay mission of building lasting relationships through service, education and community.

Having relocated to the Triad for his fiancée’s pediatric residency at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Ethan understands firsthand the importance of finding the right community to call home. He brings a focused and helpful approach to every home search, combining a high level of attention to detail with a genuine desire to be a resource for his clients. For Ethan, real estate is about more than just a transaction; it is about providing a seamless, supportive experience that allows families to transition into their next chapter with confidence.

Life outside of real estate is defined by an active lifestyle and a love for the outdoors. Whether he is playing basketball, hitting the local running trails, or getting lost in a good book, Ethan believes that a successful business is built on a foundation of health and continuous learning. At home, Ethan and his fiancée enjoy the company of their two cats, Zeus and Fin. He is proud to call the Triad home and looks forward to helping others find their own perfect place within this community.
